At GLLIMMA LONDON, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with care. We aim to dispatch your jewellery as quickly as possible while ensuring it arrives beautifully presented.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.
During busy periods, new collection launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll contact you using the email address provided with your order.
UK DELIVERY
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.
Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email. Where available, tracking details will also be provided.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including postal service delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the UK only.
INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery where an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@gllimmalondon.co.uk. and we'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll work with our delivery partner to investigate.
DAMAGED PARCELS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and the item(s). We'll review the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
